New Feature – Cherishing Our History
from Nick Smith, National Publications Manager, Editor of the Podium Online |
[dropcap style=”font-size: 60px; color: #0099FF;”]G[/dropcap]reeting Everyone! It’s been a while since I have updated you officially on the status of our new online publication. As you have seen over the past two weeks, we have slowly added over 50 articles as well as entire past publications to our online content. We are AMAZED at how much attention we’re getting for our online publication! So far we have had over 1,300 unique visitors to our site in two weeks, and have averaged close to 100 users per day. That’s wonderful for the site just starting and working it’s bugs out, but going forward we want to have as many people on the site sharing articles and spreading the knowledge around.
All of that being said, we’re going to do a series this week of historical articles and issues. Today we’ll be posting three new articles from past issues of the Podium, dating all the way back to the sixties. Be sure to come back everyday this week, follow us on twitter for when new posts are posted or sign up using the form in the right column to be a subscriber via e-mail and once a week you’ll get a digest of posts from our online publication.
Thanks for all of your support as we continue to make this online publication better and better. Feel free to comment on this or any post this week to tell us what you think and keep the discussions going.
